I don't believe Idaho has a major slaughter facility any longer, the did have an Armour Plant but it closed up about a year or so ago. Alot of the calves fattened in Idaho are killed in UT (EA miller plant owned by Swift) or Washington i don't know who owns that plant. I used to but i forgot...
