Man attacked eaten by mountain lion

NO I dont think anyone should ignore a known mountain lion when it is in their area, but Lions do not deserve to be shot on sight as skunks and coyotes. They should be and are allowed to be taken (killed) if they are a danger tp you or your livestock. The amount of danger I guess is measured and...

Because the pilots are regulated by the Federal law administered by GF&P. They dont need to get permission slips because the law does not require it LB. You do not have enough political pull to change the law, that is the basic reason.

    Tony Dean apologizes?

LB there is not going to be anything specific that states conservation officers, it is called "interpetation" of the law, and what has been given to you bymyself, and SD hunter clearly shows in the interpetation of the law that law enforcement can enter open fields without your permission wether...

    Tony Dean apologizes?

LB I guess you are just not going to get it, or more like it you just do not want to. The Open Fields doctrine does give the ability of ANY law enforcement to go onto your open fields if they suspect a crime has been or is being done. Even if you do not agree SD Game Fish and Parks not only...

    Tony Dean apologizes?

LB you are so smart arent you? In America many cases and actions are dependent on case law and previous decesions of Courts. Yes open fields does not specify "deer police" as you call them. If you do not consider SD Game Fish and Parks Conservation officers "legitimate Law enforcement" sounds...

The open fields doctrine is a U.S. legal doctrine created judicially for purposes of evaluating claims of an unreasonable search by the government in violation of the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which states: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers...

1st offd LB your predator pilots are regulated by the Federal govt. and LB I will use your own words.I will type slow so you iunderstand. Tony Dean apologizes?

MWJ it just isnt South Dakota that uses the open fields doctrine, there is only 3 states that disallow it, the doctrine has been supported by the US Supreme Court and in their opinion does not go against yours and my Constitutional right to privacy.

    Tony Dean apologizes?

MWJ I do not want a change, I agree with the open fields doctrine, it is SJ and Lb who advocate a change, I dont want to hunt on their land, thats my point, they can do now as they please allow or dont allow hunting. But I as a hunter think it is a very good thing to have compliance checks to...
