Because the pilots are regulated by the Federal law administered by GF&P. They dont need to get permission slips because the law does not require it LB. You do not have enough political pull to change the law, that is the basic reason.

LB there is not going to be anything specific that states conservation officers, it is called "interpetation" of the law, and what has been given to you bymyself, and SD hunter clearly shows in the interpetation of the law that law enforcement can enter open fields without your permission wether...

MWJ it just isnt South Dakota that uses the open fields doctrine, there is only 3 states that disallow it, the doctrine has been supported by the US Supreme Court and in their opinion does not go against yours and my Constitutional right to privacy.
