Cowboy Stew

1 lb ground beef, browned & drained
2 c carrots, chopped
3 medium pototatoes, peeled & cubed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown hamburger & celery. While that is browning, bring carrots and potatoes to a boil. Boil carrots & potatoes until slightly tender, but not down. Drain hamburger & celery. Combine carrots, potatoes, hamburger & celery in dutch oven. Mix soups and water and pour over ingredients in dutch oven.

Bake for 45 minutes. Great with crackers or homemade bread.
