Talking with my old friend yesterday a rancher about 15 miles away more in the foothills. He has lost 4 cows to rattlesnake bites. Our cow is doing much better; but that may be thanks to fast treatment. Just glad it was not a horse we had 21 horses in that pasture just a few weeks ago.
