I don't see what the big deal is.... just put it into weiners and other processed cold cuts. Thats where people expect to find centrifuged, ammonia puffed beef, floor sweepings and mystery meats. Just keep it out of fresh ground beef. But then again, if they were sneaky enough to try to slide...
