Jingo...it must be depressing to get up in the morning for you. You always have to put someone else down to pump yourself up. Get up in the morning with a smile on your face, life is too short to be negitive.

Any Veterinarians Want to Relocate to Montana?

BUT most large animal vets have to work on small animals too. In our area we don't have much choice as to decide if we need a small animal or large animal vet. They need to do both.

    Shouldn't Have Roped It

Seen them break a neck easily doing that with young and old horses. I put them in a small pen or round corral and work with them until they face me and let me up to them. Takes patience, but when they start moving their lips you know you won.

    Ted Turner Fights Road Paving

Milings makes a terrible road after about 4 years. The road gets potholes and then they can't or won't come back and fix it. Better off with a gravel road that has a good base and good gravel on it.

    Rattlesnake Bite

Many horses that are bit will end up with heart problems. My wife is a pro with a hoe or shovel killing rattlers. We usually kill 3-4 on the door step, or right around the house every summer. They come in for the cool watered lawn during the heat.. I have had cats, dogs, horses bit by rattlers.

    Fires

The neighbors don't have grass as they never greened up this year that I know of. Have a friend that leases his grass and he said he had the worst drought that he can remember. He said they had the fire corraled at 240 acres and then the forest service boys kicked them off the fire. A bunch...
