The trouble is that for some people, the personal is political and vice versa.
For example, the subject of racism is a common cause of dust-ups on PB. Is the issue of race a personal or political one? I guess it depends on one's perspective.
I really don't mind the name-calling but can't stand racial epithets. For others, it is the opposite. I find it more offensive when someone calls the President "Buckwheat" than I do when somebody calls me a "moonbat".
Which one is personal and which is political?
I started visiting PB occasionally because you asked that people not get into political fights on Cattle Today. I think that was a good move for both forums.
Thanks for running both sites. I've gotten some excellent advice on CT that has helped my small operation and PB is a good place to think and vent.
