Getting nutrition and fluids for his final bout. Also got his head wrapped because his head gear cut his forehead. He doesn't want to give the opponant a chance to rest with a blood time out......

The kid he will wrestle is from Alliance Ne... This young man wrestled his 100th match earlier that evening.. He is also a 3 time state medal winner. Carter is lucky to meet this caliber of wrestler.... Good Luck Carter!!

It's history......... In a matter of 13 seconds....... Carter gets pinned..
That's okay we'll take second place.....And they will all meet again later in the year.........

So I take it Gordon beat the Ford kid to make it to the finals.
We moved up a class this year, going to make it harder to add to the 25 plus team state champs. But we found out we can compeat tem did ok up at Gillette before Christmas. We can take 2 kids to district and if they quilify to state but only one makes team points. Last year we had 2 kids in every weight at state and most placed in the top 8.
Best thing about high school wrestling is watching the Moms
bet watching Katrina is almost as fun as watching her son.

They do say I am very intertaining and am congratulated on my fine job of wrestling every match....
I have yet to go out on the mat and take my big purse to the kid that is sitting on my son...... I do have the urge though........
