1970 Nostalgia

Heres a video that brings back some old memories.. Made in 1972- features bronc riding Champion Kenny McClean- but has lots of old rodeo videos- and some of the old timers of rodeo Clem McSpadden, Casey Tibbs, Monte, Montana, Mahan, Myrtis, etc. etc...
I could just hear Reg Kesler yelling up and down the chute- "hurry boy- hurry"! You were never quick enough for Reg- but he ran a fast rodeo....
An hour long but well worth watching...

I can remember I saw him doing a lot of barrel work/acts-but also helping bullfight- like most the clown/barrelmen did back then...
The neatest act I remember he had was he had a wash tub built onto a saddle with a cinch on it- and during the bronc riding they'd stick it on a bronc half full of flour and he'd ride it out of the chute.... Made me cringe just thinking of the jolt you'd get sitting in a metal wash tub on top a bucking horse...
