This has turned out to be one of the best Spring Times we have had in a while. I just pray the Spring time rains don't turn off this year again.

East Texas looks pretty nice right now...

I just pray it don't end up like the last few years. The rain turns off in May and didn't come back until Sept or Oct. Those cows need all the fat they can to make it though the drought time.

looks like Iowa! Everything is lush and green here. I guess that's what 5 days with highs of 80 or higher and an additional 6 days with highs between 70-80 in April will do that and after the winter from hell, i'm not complaining about it either :D

That's normal for here - Average years rains stop in April, May and does'nt kick back-in until the end of Oct.

looking good Trinityman....but I thought you raised hogs??? LOL

Dad has been shooting the hell out of them lately. Our pastures in some place looks like a war zone with dead hogs. Dad has been killing 1-3 hogs a day for the last two weeks. You would think they would get the picture with all of thier brothers and sister dead.

Pretty and Green, there, TM. Nice to be on the inside of the bend and pick up new beach instead of on the outside and lose it. Hoo-rah on the hog war!
