2012 Homecoming....

Last Friday, we had homecoming at our school... my son was selected King, and the girl we have chosen for him, was Queen !!! her parents are best friends with us, and we kid them a lot that they are betrothed....

here is a time out in the 3rd quarter....my boy is sporting the mohawk this season... I was not happy at first, but now I kinda like it!

Congratulations to your son. The queen looks like a nice girl, and they appear to be a happy couple. Just give them a little time, and don't be pushy. Things might very well work out for the best.

I remember Homecoming but it seems like the dress for the girls is very different than when I was in High School. Maybe it was I was in a big Southern City... girls worn gowns ....
I like casual better no pretense and relaxed.
