This summer when I was trying to doctor a bull that had a chronic case of footrot- I stopped at the the Farm & Ranch store to buy another gallon of 7% iodine....They told me they couldn't get it anymore- been outlawed....
In reading other websites and articles-- it looks like DEA outlawed it because the bad guys were using it as a precursor in the production of Meth...Rule went into effect July 24, 2007....
