mj...While it is true that the Federation Div., does manage the state half of the Checkoff dollars back home, they also CONTRACT with the CBB (which MANAGES the national half of the checkoff dollars) and it is the national half, or maybe at times a combination of state and national dollars which fund the projects CONTRACTED out to the Federation Div. by the CBB.

I understand all this mj. I guess what my question is, what does the Federation Division have to do with the NCBA other than have the NCBA name attached to it?
