OT,its actually called the wild pony race,a younger version of the Wild horse race. This is the first time I've seen these used and not the small ponys :???: The little guy,Bryce inching himself up the rope was to get on the back and ride the"pony" as far as he could...didn't quite happen that way :( It was thier first time and they did pretty darn good...this is the activity for the summer for these boys.

Greg and two of his brothers{one grampa of these boys}were really good at the wild horse race and won lots of buckles,in those days you could bite the ear....nope not anymore,so this is actually harder. Bradys on the head and he did a really good job at holdin the head, but everytime Bryce got close enough to get on the ash would kick, and buck. lOL,they had a blast and can't wait for the next one, they practice every night,Cole and Bryce are brothers and Brady's cousin. They're great boys..tons of fun and energy :)

Great photos Mrs. Greg.

It sure is a good thing those little tykes are tough and pretty bendable before they become breakable.

Speaking of which isn't Bryce the little guy with the broken arm, and bone infection? If so, he seems to be well over that hurdle in life!

Thanks for sharing, and wish them the best from us.

Cheers---
