My camera has a setting for Twilight/low light. So I used that . Use a tripod if you are zooming in on it. Then use your timer, because that gives you time to step away from the camera after you press the shutter button. That way you aren't causing a vibration. That is all I did. My camera is a DSC-H7 with a 15x optical zoom.
