Miss Fighter is a mama!!!!!!!
She delivered ten piglets last Sat. morning, one was born dead, and 2 were gone the next morning (Sun), no one has any idea what happened to them. But the remaining 7 are doing well, and are just as cute as can be. There are 2 boys and 5 girls (the wild colored one is a girl, ain't she perdy?). So, making their debut on the world wide web, are the seven little piglets.........
The daddy is a Hampshire (black with the white belt), Fighter is a cross-bred, but is marked like a Hamp, too......have no idea where the Wild one came from, though. I've never in all my years, seen a pig marked like that. She may bring pretty good money, since she is so different.
SIL said that last year, at the first sale they went to, there was a pig that was marked like a Hamp, but instead of black, it was red. It sold for about $800, as I recall.......and it was a tiny one, too!
