Good evening all. Haven't been on much lately, been busy, and have the pics to prove it. I spent 3 days sort of "holidayin' last week. Drove with 2 good friends from central Alberta all the way to Spokane, Washington, for a 2-day conference on Soil Microbiology. I'll spare everyone the inner workings of what I learnt about electromagnetic frequencies, nutrient flow through plant tissue and enzymatic transmutation, and just share some pics.

There's some scenery, and some of the great people we met. If you recognize any of them, be sure to let me know.

Southern Alberta - wind turbines near Pincher Creek.

This is in the Crowsnest Pass, still in Alberta. The sheep seem to have a craving for the salt on the highway

That's all for Alberta - I'll put the rest in a new post.

We were out that area a couple yrs ago, I hated those turbines cluttering up that beautiful view....

Pretty pics anyways.... :)

PureCountry, a soil biology discussion might be fun when you get settled back in. I would like to hear all about it. Elaine Ingram? Reams?

If Pincher Creek was affordable and wasn't so darn windy most of the time I'd live there in a heartbeat! :) ...... or in the Porcupine Hills :D
Thanks for the pictures PureCountry, makes me homesick :( .

Neither. Bruce Tainio out of Cheney, Wa. hosted the conference. He too, is an amazing individual. He and Dr. Andersen were the 2 speakers. Bruce follows the basic principles of Reams and Albrecht, but also believes in things working in a symbiotic relationship. He teaches that the microbial population in the soil must be healthy, the nutrient ratios must be balanced ( a la Reams and Albrecht), and that the nutrients can only flow when the pH and electromagnetic frequency is just right. I can't do the 2-day conf. justice, but that sums it up, kinda.

Glad you had a good trip, sounds interesting. You were only about 4 hours from us...shoulda took another day and come on down.

I use to hang out on the beach in Grand Bend and the Pinery until my early 20's and loved it!! :D . Grand Bend was such a cool place back then, don't know what its like there now. That seems like a million years ago. I had a lot of fun though...maybe too much at times  !!.
I belong to the mountains, thats home to me :) . Since I was 5 years old I knew I'd never stay in Ontario.

Well I think it's only gotten more crowded since your last visit. Glad you are enjoying where your home is now.

Seeing those pictures sure has a way of making one go back there again . . .
