I'm sure there is a politically incorrect joke in there somewhere.

The simple fact is that these are animals not humans. They are deserving of humane treatment but not of equal protection granted to sentient humans.

I totally agree with both of ya! What is scary is the mindset. Once they get chimps, cows will be right behind them.
