This might work good not only on rutted up buck backstrap but on erstwhile EXT's-broken legged Charolais, stifled Simmentals or Hamstrung Herefords. Cube the backstraps then brown in a frying pan with some oil. When they are cooked melt several spoonfuls of honey and stir through the meat. Pour over steamed rice. Good Stuff. A person could marinate the meat for a day or so if really tough-coca cola works good.
