The Canadian kids did pretty good last weekend-Shay Keller is from RockGlen-he rodeoed in Sask. highSchool a couple years ago and his twin sisters do now. Bobby Peters is from Pincher Creek and the DeRose boys are from British Columbia. Were getting itchy to buck some horses here.

The Deroses and Loziers are sons and grandsons of good friends of ours. Deroses parents are now in Merritt, paternal grandparents are like my own parents. Their youngest uncle was killed in a car wreck before they were born and was my closest friend at the time.

Loziers are from Williams Lake, the old granddad is quite a charachter. I don't think I've ever heard Jack say three words without six cursewords to describe them. :lol:

Shay is a very accomplished artist.

Tammy took a picture of him as a little guy and used it as a drawing in a book of kids cowboy poetry that she illustrated for a couple of ladies..

I know his mom and dad. Both good rodeo hands as well as his calf roper uncle.

Who would Shay's calf roping uncle be? The uncle I'm thinking of couldn't throw a rope down a well. Pretty good bareback rider though.

The Keller's are awesome folks they do alot to keep the Sask. High Sc hool Association going. I saw Shay rope one in the muck in Wood Mountain in 8 flat pretty sweet calf roping run.

Your probably think of Les's brother Mark the BB rider but Erin's brother is Kyreon Rood
