Anybody Seeing Honeybees?

Only a few this year in the clover. Mostly bumble bees. :shock:

Guess I'll have to pay a beekeeper to bring some for the melons...........

I hope not we have a few backyard bee keepers here and those bees like the smell of fresh paint. Can't keep them out of the shop so for my part I hope they have moved them from the area.Bought some more land in the last few days so it looks like the trailer shop is open AGAIN

The boy and I went on maneuvers yesterday and checked out our hayground. Lotsa blooming clover but not much grass, so we'll let the clover dry up and see what the grass has to say for itself around August. I did call my bee guy and told him to get some bees on that place ASAP. I love free honey, so our arrangement works well. I don't have to go Christmas shopping this way, either. I never had anybody turn down a free 1/2 gallon jug of fresh honey! :wink:
