My daughter has been working all afternoon at posting some pics. Here goes.


These are the 12 half brothers we bought from river rat last fall.

Another view. These are all sired by Ideal 7265. They are getting a 44 megacal ration.

The heifers are getting the same ration as the bulls. I normally breed 200 head a year but the moisture situation says keep less this year.

We winter the coming 2's and 3's together. They are getting a ration of lipuid supplement, corn, corn silage, corn stalks, alfalfa and cattail rushes.

I love the bull calves. Nice, soggy, uniform calves. When i come over to hunt bucks with ya, i can haul one home if that would be convient? :nod: Absolutely beautiful bucks!!! Drooled all over my keyboard. Thanks for the pictures. :D :D :D

And i can bet i know exactly what that dog is thinking, but i better not share it here as this is a family site. :lol: :lol: :lol:
 
Cattle are looking good. :D I really like those bulls,I culled my bulls down and my Ideal bulls,3 gens down from Ideal 7451, I didn't like the hair coat as much as the others.Not sure if it was the Ideal blood that flattened the hair but I culled a couple that maybe I will regret. :?

I can use the bulls that H doesn't want. :wink: I'm thinking of putting some Hereford bulls with my straight black and red cows in the near future.

Have to agree with the rest, Ol' Snoopy doesn't appear to pleased with being a poster dog. Ya think he's upset with the family posting his identity on a public forum?
