Auburn Recruits Well In Kansas

Beats staying in the land of wheat and playing for a head coach who's 137 years old.

They do surprisingly well without the blue chips. Heck, that guy may coach another 10 years.

the JUCO system in Kansas is a real good one. lots of good players work up to Div I status through the system.....

I will take an old man like Snyder over Bozo at NU any day..... Snyder can take the kids Nebraska did not want, and mold them into a team, then whip Nebraska with them

KSU can beat Texas... KSU does not run off like little bitches when they don't get their way....

Ya ya, everyone has a lifetime edge over kstate, but those games prior to current player's birth only matter to old people. Taters know replacing grampa will be a challenge, but I gurandamntee Snyder is and has been working on succession diligently. Patterson was the previous heir, but he was too stand up to step over Snyder when the fans threw Snyder under the bus. ( I understand taters have since massaged the truth about snyder's retirement). If Patterson had replaced gramps and prince only referred to a pop singer, the unenlightened purple horde would be insufferable.... Ok, more insufferable.

In the big 8, Nebraska raided Kansas at their leisure. And big 8 academic rules allowed some really suspect jc students play football. I'll let jiggsy recount a great running back from coffeyville that liked to rape women, I just can't remember where he played in the big 8 (hint, I think he went to prison near Lincoln)

Seriously, there really is some great FB talent in the Jayhawk juco, but many can't play in the big ten and those rascally texans insisted on similar standards when the big 12 was formed.

just like every big brother who always knocked the snot out of the little brother...once KSU got to the point of being competitive, all NU fans want to talk about is the 30 year run of wins...not current 3 of 4 .....

as for the criminal effect, KSU had three players beat up a dog one night... it was sort of a self defense thing that got carried away.... my GRANDMOTHER went off on me about those criminals at KSU... I said "yes grandma, 3 young men beat up a dog, it was dumb... but NU has guys rape, rob liquor stores, beat women..... but your right, KSU is a trash school for beating a dog" she asked me to go home..... typical Husker fan.

Poor Jigs....doesn't realize that Grandma just used the MildCats beating up a dog as an excuse to have him GTFO of her house. (Can't blame her...wink wink).

No more cookies out of the jar at Grandma's for Jigs! LMAO!!

I guess its better to have had a few players that turned into criminals rather than be the State Penn Lion Nits where the criminals were the coaches and administrators.

Jiggs, I give you a set to spike the name Lawrence Phillips and you miss. Your purple card is in jeopardy. Seriously we all live in glass houses with respect to athletic misconduct. Most fans would rather lose than cover up criminals, but losing gets coaches fired.

I respect Snyder like very few coaches, but I still think playing Roberson was questionable.

if I name ONE, then I have to name them ALL, and macon does not have the band width to handle listing all the criminals ever to play at Nebraska....

plus the delusional husker fans will piss and moan like oldtimer at a GOP fund raiser
