Valentine played a Geneva area team last night, was the only ballgame I could pick up in the combine. and I only heard the game up to half time. Valentine was down 7-0 then, but the announcers said they were a second half team all season.....

wondering if you northerners had any idea how it played out

We won jigs..........14 to 7.... Held them on the two yard line for 6 downs till the clock ran out.......
Filmore center had a huge front line....... But the fat boys wore out and we ran and threw all over them.... Great game..... Wish us luck as we now play Boone center for the big dance........

I thought the first drive was pretty good, 74 yards all on the ground....made me wish I was there to see it. my kind of football.

any studs up there ??? we could use a few in Manhattan! :wink:

Valentine is big, big Husker nation.... So prolly no wild catters. Not unless son #1 is there for vet school and he doesn't play football...
Badgers are pretty beat and bruised up... Our 6'5" reciever broke his hand, so is out for the rest of the season....... Mason Ormesher is one hell of a back and strong as an ox....... Bullrider I think...... Wrestleing kids make the front line on defense and offense......
