Hey Northern, well I took your advise and got some Bennet total semen. We started heat detecting on the first. I am breeding him to cows and heifers both. Has anyone else used him? and what do you think? Shawn

I do not think I will make the sask. hunt this year, we have a oct. brown bear season and by the time we get that wrapped up it does not give me much time to get that hunt in. this spring i found some sheds on my ground that were exellent for our area, so I am gonna concentrate on getting an arrow into one of them big boys. when does ty turn 18? I forget. I am gonna drive home in oct. I would like to stop by and meet your boy, pm me directions from like loyd minster or sasktoon or whatever you are closest to. Shawn

Were about two hours northeast of Lloydminister-if you come through in Oct. you can go muzzy hunting with us. Ty is just setting baits for spring bear up here-I don't think he'll shoot one unless it's a colour phase. He turns 18 in 20 months-they actually teach a two year course in outfitting at Vermillion College. Your boy would pass for Ty's little brother lol.

If he wants to be a guide/outfitter there are better ways to acheive that goal. For me the animals and woodsmanship was easy, dealing with impatiationt clients was a little tougher.LOL trophy care can be a little tricky in the bush with no freezers. after he turns 18 if he still wants to spend some time in the bush I will hook em up, he may live to regret it! J/K I would not trade my guiding expieriences for anything. Shawn
