Biggest bull elk in Utah, ever?

This bull is on a mix of private and public land located on a limited entry unit in southern Utah. Every outfitter i know of is lusting after him. The state auctions a tag to the highest bidder to raise money for habitat conservation. It's called the govenor's tag. It allows you to start hunting September 1st and go till December 31st on any open unit in the state. Any guess where the tag holder will be? WOW :shock: :shock: :shock:
