Seems to me that Judge Cebull, OT's fishing buddy, saved himself some reading when he copied his judgement word for sord from R-calf's testbook in March. Looks like he has gone and caused himself additional work now. He might even have to read these briefs! Damn, and he was hoping on fishing this summer, what a forward thinker?
