Census question

[Faster horses]

We received a survey (for small businesses) from the
Dept. of Census that was MANDATORY that we fill out and send it back by July 1. I've lost it......so what are my options? Does anyone know how to get ahold of the Census, or should I just forget it and let them contact me about said survey?

I really didn't lose it on purpose.......

Agriculture census' up here I always sent them back with "Proprietary Information" on it. They never bothered following up with me.

There is nothing they can do, and quite frankly they don't need to know any of it.
