Christmas day goose hunt

We feed in the late afternoon, Sue and I was going down into the meadowand spotted some geese in the slough . Sue called Tenny who been on a duck hunting kick since Rex and her got home. She did a sneak and got her frist goose.

Sue and Tenny plucked the down then just boned out the breast, It soaked in milk all night and will go into a orange based marinate today and then roasted for dinner tonight.
