The broken grain and weed seeds come out here into the tub. We will put this wheat in the grinder mixer for feed for the calves.

How many bushels an hour can you clean? We have our own mills, too, but they're quite a bit bigger than yours. We found it was time-consuming cleaning our own seed, so now we just have it custom cleaned. Usually costs us around 40 cents a bushel. We'd like to sell our mills and the building they're set up in, because I don't think we'll ever use them again.

hey nr, that was the first thing I noticed too ! and that perdy John Deere 4x4 in the background!

Ohhhh man my chair is purple!!!!   What can I say Jigs. And nr you are no help!!!

Can just picture you Katrina stogie-smoking in your lavender lounge chair watching that pretty wheat crop pouring in!
Sounds like a photo op.

Yes Red Robin it is..... And yes we like it. Even have another one, that we bought at a auction because it went to cheap... We have put wheels under this one so it is easier to move around and a hitch to pull behind the gator.

Do you know the model of the other one you have? Does Mr. Monkey face want to sell it? You being the woman of the house I am sure your decision making realm is limited to the color of the chair. A fella at the feed store the other day had on a shirt that color. I told him he looked like Barney.

Red, It's a M-2B. Sorry no can do on these clippers. :( You wouldn't want an old one like ours anyway. I'm sure the newer fandangle ones are much better. PLus I might get interjetic enough to run both at the same time.

I don't blame you . I'd like to have one though. Are they very common in Neb.? I can clean seed good enough with my combines (I did this year) to run it through a drill but I lose quite a bit of seed I think doing that.

Only thing now, that I'm done, I have a sore throat from the wheat dust.
And jigs I'm sending that chair to you!!!!

just deliver that chair, a case of cold beer and a few steaks....we can all sit around and watch a ballgame. I will even buy a red chair to swap you out.

They are very hard to come by..... But I think you can still buy new ones... Most people think they are to small and to slow.... We just have always done it this way.. And they work great for alfalfa seed.... And the neighbors must think it's ok, cuz we sell some too.... I will check with Mr. monkey face because I know we have a book that would have the address and a phone number for you....... Aren't they made in Wis.???

You know I'm miffed to think you were in South Dakota and didn't let me know so we could meet...
We are afraid of monkeys. Actually , that was a little intentional. I already slipped in going through two sets of cows on my kids vacation. I hated to take up more time visiting my friends in each town. I would have liked to meet up with several of you folks. Maybe next time. I thought you lived in Neb anyway.
