They're socialists until they take our guns. Then they're communists when we don't have guns, and the state can shoot dissidents and bill their parents for the bullet that killed them. Protect the second amendment!

What are your thoughts on the Red Flag Law?
I see several in government are for it.
I like the idea, but it makes me nervous. I am for protecting the 2nd Amendment.
If 'they' had gotten our guns, things would be much worse,
but it is apparant something needs to be done. Trump is talking about deeper background checks,
that's a good start. Mass shootings are at epidemic levels.
Guns are not at fault, it's the fault of people with no respect for life or anything else.
Seems bullied in school is a common denominator. What are the teachers doing to not
notice and deal with this behavior?
Then again, as BC brought up, in London people use knives to kill.

The Red Flag Law needs to be careful not to overstep its boundaries.
We see teachers who they themselves are the bullies. If parents can't fight for their kids or pull them out of a school situation when need be, I don't know what can be done.
Really, people who carry, and maybe have had some training, should receive discounts at shopping centers and events. Receive a discount card at customer service before you shop. People need to get the message that they're sitting ducks in their gun free zones. We need more quality armed people protecting children.
