Could somebody please explain to me what this "continous release report" in Nebraska is all about? Supposedly it's a form that cattle owners had to sign and the deadline was today, and turn the form into the Emergency Management of their area...Now is this just for feedlots? I have made several calls and none of my neighbors have even heard of it. The local cattle assoc. said she had no knowledge of it in this area and that alot of misinformation has been given out. So who knows? Just curious if they really think they can make us cattle owners sign a paper to tell them how many cows we have and how many times a day they fart! lol....
