Too bad the power that be waits til the forage has lost most of it's value before the feds turn it loose.
That's the way it has always been. Plus most people have not re-upped entering into the program.
At least that's the way it is in SE Montana.
This whole thing is tragic.

There is some right across the fence from my son's place. It has so many rocks it would be murder to hay. Lots of old bottom.
