His hooves beat the ground
with a chilling thud
No horse runs faster
than daddy's white stud

He is brave and fast
strong and tall
Daddy's white stud
aint scared at all

His body is long
and his chest is wide
He runs with wings
with grace in each stride

Daddys white stud
He runs with full force
You'll fly when you ride
that crazy white horse




(Sorry, its not my best! I wrote it in like 15 min, I'm in computer class, I didn't have much time! haha)
 
i like the poem also,Little Cowhunter. your daddy and his white stud with his new saddle will never be forgotten.
maybe u could put a picture with the poem and put them your Bible.they would serve as a special memory for the years in the future.
 
Yeah that is a good idea! But the sad thing is, my mama is sellin the white stud because we dont have much use for him anymore. We probably wont carry on daddys goal because he wanted to have a big herd of cracker horses. Me and my brother like quarter horses and dont want our horses bred to a cracker horse, although he is a nice stud. But we will keep two of daddys cracker horses because they are very special to us. But daddy spent a lot of money on that stud and I think mama can get a good price for him.

I'm sure your daddy would be OK with that. It was his dream to have a herd of Crackers but it was also his dream to see you and your brother riding and competing on your horses. I think you are making a good decision to use QH's as they are pretty versatile and will help you do the best at whatever you try.
Hope somebody buys the stud that will raise some colts and build that herd. :D
