Well my kids have all their buck tags filled so I get to hunt a bit harder for myself. Got a bit of a late start-damn phone lol-so I didn't go for my usual circle. Wind was from the straight west so went out to Sara's stand-this big fella came through the spruce and out into the meadow and I made a good shot on him. I think he's the highest scoring buck I've ever shot-won't know till Ty measures him.

Sure nice the kids left one old cripple for the "OLD"man to shoot.

Nice deer bye the way.
Britt out shot the "OLD" man this year.
I have to get a pic posted. Think we finally got this computer working better.

Nice buyck NR, but it isnt anything like the one that we were trying to put a sneak up on this morning, we got within 200 yards and some damn roadhunter spooked him.... he had junk EVERYWHERE so we'll try to get one tonight!

Hey ACS I didn't see anywhere in your rules for the big Buck contest where the ones that got away counted. :?

Nice buck NR, now do the kids have to gut it, skin it and cut it up for you since you took care of theirs? Or are so all practiced up on theirs so you can do a good job on yours?

Ohh I don't think he's quite that good purecountry-I know my emaciated carcass makes the horns look deceptively big lol. I might need a home for awhile if we take one more buck to the taxidermist lol. Send Greg out I think the seasom for Canadian residants started today too.
