Son acted as driver for the bride and groom. They are having a beer waiting for the next set of pictures to be taken.

Daughter and new hubby. Daughter's horse looking like her usual self. She pricked her ears for one photo, and that was it for the day. We didn't expect anything else... This was the last wedding for me. Son got married earlier this year.

The one with the bride on a horse- I've never seen one posed like that with the gown and bouquet- how beautiful!

My daughter wouldn't dream of getting married without having her horse in the pics. Normally pics of her and her horse involve cow horse competition or dragging calves at branding. She just had her there for pics; she used the team and democrat to leave the church.

Nothin as sweet as a bride on the wedding day....day before is a different story......

Looks like your son-inlaw got a keeper....she didn't do all that bad for herself..........

Lilly the black edge adds to the dress, and they come in other colors as well (something like 47 different colors as a matter of fact), One advantage of the black is that the dress still looks clean after dragging around on a dance floor all night, but just lift it and look at the crenolin (I have no idea how to spell it, but the poofy thing under the dress), and it's black with dirt. The pic doesn't show the bead work real well, but it was a gorgeous dress.

I've made two weddin dressin in my day. One for a cousin of Mr Lilly's and one for his brothers wife. Both had pearls sewn on by hand....I don't know how many the first one had, but the second one had over 7000 pearls on it. After that one I swore there'd be NO MORE weddin dresses made until I hafta to make Lil Lilly's.

So far....I've stuck by it. LOL

I didn't make this dress, in fact I didn't even go dress shopping with her. I'm afraid I'm no wedding planner. I did go for a final fitting to learn how to bustle it up for the dance, but that's about it. It's been years since I sewed anything, and I would never have the patience to sew on 70 pearls, let alone 7000!
