Here are some pictures I took this morning. I live in a townhome and it blows and drifts something bad here. Overall, not as bad as the early December blizzard from last year. Woke up to news this morning that I-80 was closed overnight from Des Moines to Counciltucky (Council Bloffs).

I see where the roof of the Metradome collapsed...

Nasty here today-- temp was about 10 Below this morning-- and when I was feeding the wind came up to about 30mph- hay and snow blowing everywhere.... About a 30 Below Chill factor... :santa:

While they are predicting rising temps during the day and night-- they are also predicting up to 3 inches of new snow (on top of the foot or two we already have) and for it to turn to freezing rain by tonight...

Beautiful day with a chinook wind blowing. The grass is coming back out of the 4 to 6 inches of snow we have. :D

It is only a matter of time until it changes back to winter.
