Denny.......

I just got home 600 miles round trip.
We ended up with lot 6 $13,000 had to pay to play today. First bull I've bought since 2008

Good for you! I watched over DV Auction. I have a lot of their genetics and they work well, very well. Congratulations.

Basically a John Cotton bred bull useing Alap of Wye a couple times in his pedigree His Dam is a very impressive female. I basically bought him to produce females for our operation he will be semen collected before turnout and will run with 30 of our better cows no matter the pedigree.

Johns cattle are linebred Wye so it's off the beaten path and no Final Answer in the pedigree.

You can look him up He's lot 6 of the catalog just go to Hyland Angus It'll show the catalog link.

Thanks. I will do that. The females are the factory; at times I feel that gets lost in the shuffle.
I will be anxious to see what your GD60 females produce out of this cross. Should be something
very solid.
I remember Larry Leonhardt telling us that the most important individual in the pedigree is
the grand-dam on the cow side.
