their sales coming up--
i think one reason they freeze brand so neatly is so guys like me can tell them apart---lots of uniformity, depth, capacity. gotta adjust your eye--they ain't black mooses.
on selecting, they got several things that kinda ain't the norm---they got a way of adjusting that rewards a cow that brings in a good calf and is in good shape herself and penalizes a thin one.
got a lovely indoor setup for working cattle and the rest of it had some haying machinery in it---don't really need a calving shed anymore when calving more in sync with nature
