It is not often that the wife calls you while at the sale and says stop on your way home an pick up some chicks. I am getting older and it is not as easy to pick up chicks as it once was. So I stopped at Oregon Trail Livestock Supply and got 10 Barred Rock pullet chicks.

We had a old hired man that used to mix things up and had his own way of figuring thing.
John was telling about his new chickens, some asked what they were, John said "Pullet and something else" lol
