I really hope you get this fast. I could not inform anyone about our trip, because it was impromptu. we had to be in Philippines for a Tour..The program was successful, but our journey has turned sour. we misplaced our wallet and cell phone on our way back to the hotel we lodged in after we went for sight seeing. The wallet contains all the valuables we have. Now, our passport is in custody of the hotel management pending when we make payment.

I am sorry if i am inconveniencing you, but i have only very few people to turn to now. i will be indeed very grateful if i can get a short term loan from you ($2,650). this will enable me sort our hotel bills and get my sorry self back home. I will really appreciate whatever you can afford in assisting me with. I promise to refund it in full as soon as I return. let me know if you can be of any assistance. Please, let me know soonest.

Thanks so much
PATRICK DOTSON

He couldn't enter RP without a plane ticket home.

$100-150 USD/day is enough to live like a king there... hotel, food, booze, & whores. Any more than that must just be spent on foolishness.

All he has to do is hie his posterior to the US Embassy.

As you all well know - this is a hack job - check and see if you have had any email with him.

This is of course a fake - but it means someone has been hacked and their email is now being accessed by the author of this "send me emergency money" email.

What ever you do - do not respond - delete immediately

If anyone knows anyone who knows Mr. D - let him know this has happened - and FH - you may have been on a mass email that is sitting on Mr. D's system which is why you have it.

If I am telling you all to suck eggs because you know this, then I am sorry - but so many folks get tied up simply because their address was on an email sent to someone else.

Cheers

A while ago I had some correspondence from what was likely his cousin, who, strangely enough, had the same problem.... My niece had gotten hacked.

Thanks for the info and I will go delete it. Luckily, I have another email that I only give out to friends, so that one isn't bothered. So far, anyway...

The first time this happened it was Txtibbs, a ranchers.net member--that contacted Jersey Lilly for help getting home...that's why BMR mentioned txtibbs. :D Then it happened to ME...I think I was supposedly in Spain...usually they go to aquaintences, but I don't know this person. :???:
