As a rule, percherons are a little hotter blooded than belgiuns.

If you want a snappy team that will really get out and cover country, you'd probably want a percheron team.

If you wanted a slower, less hot team, that walks along slower, you'd probably want a belgiun team.

But these are just generalizations. Any particular horse or team can blow this theory all to hell! :wink:
