Ive got a couple droopy looking calves...most of them are about 1-2 months old...they kinda just have a droppy look to them...they are still able to run around but they arent feeling how they are supposed to be...when they are standing still they are shaking a lil bit and almost like theyre cold but its not that cold....i was able to catch 2 of them and i just gave them a shot of nuflor...the other 2 i wasnt able to get a rope around them but i did see 1 of those sucking...whats the problem?

Id say they are on the verge of pneumonia. Nuflor with a little Banamine will get them feeling good.

Been dealing with it since quit calving a month ago. We have had some cool temps and warm days. Haven't had any for about 3 weeks, but have dealt with it this year.

I go IM with Nuflor, I think 3cc per 100, plus 2 cc of Banamine and they get right back to basics.

We had a calf like that and he was a month old.....he eventually "grew" out of it. He was just like your calves.....he did not to "play" he shook his head alot --it seemed like he had something in his nose....never did figure out what was wrong...... he had the droopy look to him....although he did have some brahman in him :-)
