Havn't seen anything like that yet, but wouldn't be surprised.  It wouldn't pay to do that for someone elses cattle, maybe your own.  There are more people planting irrigated milo than anything like jigs is talking about.  We are planting about half milo.  It is still super dry here, but where we are we lucked out and got under a stray cloud for an inch of rain last night.
