Cardiac rehab

Honkin' it on. I wasn't allowed to use my cane on the treadmill.

Sparky rigged up this pedal car to run on a battery. It even has workable headlights and a horn.

The hills are pretty green for this time of year.

This is September in the Sandhills, you know.

The day at rehab was kind of my "first day of school," and mostly I just signed it. Come to think of it, I did ride the treadmill for fifteen minutes. The nice lady probably let me get by with it because I "walked softly and carried a big stick." :wink:

I did my treadmill work with boots when I did my cardio for my heart. It's no big deal as long as you are comfortable.
