Gallagher,is a good one and parts are readily availible, but there are lots of good ones on the market, just gotta find one that fits your needs,I only use them at water gaps, they sure make it easy ,stretch one hot wire across the gap and wait for a storm to wash it out, then just stick it back up again, lot easier than fixin fence that you know is gonna get washed out again,One thing I do with chargers is always buy a bigger size than you need,I have a couple of them at the back creek crossings that are good for 25 miles,an ole cow sticks her nose on that ,she gets the message pretty quick,in addition I find your ground does'nt have to be as good,I have had good luck with just a "T" post, that probably wont work for long runs ,but that's how I do it ......large chargers, short runs,in moist ground, works good..................good luck
