Haymaker, If I could figure out how to access the archives from March 15, 2002, I could see what the responses on the board were when Sen Enzi actually released this press statement.

 

Don't you suppose the archives have the same old tired debate we'd have today?   I think you've promoted the Captive Supply Reform Act more than Sen Enzi has.
