i have all the horses together right now and they kept got out threw the gate, they had the gate off the hinges,(it has both pegs turned up so i can take it off when i need it in the barn, its really heavy)so anyway i thought the first time it was a fluke that it came off,so the next day its off again and horses are out, hmmm i thought ,i set it back on the same way and start doing chores,i am in the barn right beside this gate and i hear a noise so i peek out and this gelding turned his head sideways and stuck it threw the bars,he had to push a bit, then turns his head right side up and and lifted the gate up off the hinges, then he sets it down again and does the reverse to get his head out  all very calm, most horses woulda went nuts with a gate hanging around their neck, now the gate has a washer over the top and a key in it
