Eye problem in calf - need help

I got a calf that is about 2 weeks old and is perfectly normal, acts and eats normal, but I noticed the other day one of his eyeballs is solid white with some reddening and swelling, like it got poked or something, anyone ever have this happen, if so how do you treat it and what is the prognosis? Appreciate the help. Thanks

Took one to the salebarn like that the other night. Had that happen in the past a couple times. Blind in one eye. Kept this one to 550 lbs. Got enough to pay the light bill and buy a six pack. 8)

I had a set of twins a few years ago that had the same problem in both eyes. I gave them a vit A shot and cleared them both up. It won't hurt them, even if it doesn't work.
