something that has me wondering lately with these high land prices, I can more than double my money on what I own here......can I use that to double my acres and go elsewhere???

You probably could double your acres but could you double your productivity?

that is the problem.

irrigated ground is sky high here, and guys are paying 3500 for dryland....any pasture is bought up by out of state guys for hunting.....

a production minded guy has no chance!

almost can't wait for the bottom to fall out, and buy some at a reasonable price.
